Sausage Cheese Biscuits


Sausage Cheese Biscuits


3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup butter
1 lb. breakfast sausage, crumbled, cooked and cooled
1 1/2-2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup milk (adjust as needed)

Preheat oven to 400.
In large bowl cut the butter into the flour with a pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in sausage, cheese and just enough milk to make the dough come together without getting sticky.
Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven 12-18 minutes or until golden grown.

  1. Yeah I'm gonna need to see the results as you put these into the pan please ma'am. Mine are just too dry and I need a visual.
